Our approved certifications, for which we have been awarded in recognition of the highest standards, include ISO 9001:2015 and the aerospace equivalent, AS9100D. Within the ENL group, we are approved to ISO 14001:2015 and the Automotive QA System IATF 16949. ENL is also an approved PlastikCity Partner
Our certifications have enabled us to become approved suppliers for a range of blue-chip aerospace and automotive companies worldwide. These certifications demand that our policies and working practices are subject to continual improvement. We are constantly developing as a business in order to meet these strict guidelines, which in turns allows to adapt and be more prepared for our customers’ demands.

It is these measures which allow us to have full control and accountability at every phase of manufacturing.
Our experienced quality engineers and well-established processes enable us to provide support with many industries product approval systems. We are capable and approved for:

The design and manufacture of injection mould tools, jigs and fixtures.

Repair and refurbishment of plastic injection mould tools.

Manufacture and assembly of injection moulded components, including CNC machining.

Assembly of metallic and non-metallic components to customer drawings and specifications for aerospace applications.

Provide everything for customised FAIR to AS9102B.

Fully setup to supply all PPAP levels as per customer requirements.

Take customer specified or significant characteristics from the FMEA to the control plan, and use various quality tools to demonstrate capability.

Supply new product initial sample reports as a minimum requirement.
