Job Description
Primarily setting and supporting our suite of moulding machines ranging from 10 to 1100 tonne. You will use your knowledge of injection moulding to effectively and safely set and optimize moulding jobs to ensure maximum output at the desired quality.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all moulding machines for maximum efficiency
- Input and set machine with tool
- Tool trials to ensure machine set for maximum output
- Ensure machine output in line with quality levels
- Ensure operators are aware of safety issues with each machine
- Carrying out health and safety checks prior to production handover
- Responsible for improving skills of trainee setters
- General maintenance of plant and machinery around the site
Hours
Rotating 05:45-14:00 & 13:45-22:00 or Nightshift 21:45-06:00
Annual Leave
33 days (25 days + bank holidays)

Qualifications Required
Experience of working in a similar role within the injection moulding industry
