We have warehouse and logistics capability, to ensure your parts meet your delivery requirements.

Based in the tool room at ENL are our team of CAD designers. Intrinsic to the tooling process, they communicate and collaborate with the tooling team to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of the design; enabling the highest quality, the highest precision and the best cost solutions.

The design team use best in class software, enabling them to develop the most complex of designs, with the highest accuracy and precision for the most detailed and complex mouldings. Their expertise, knowledge and skill are all applied throughout every stage of the meticulous design journey, ensuring we always deliver the highest quality and most precise tooling – even with the most complex designs. This is highly valued by our customers, who feel the design and consultation service provided by ENL means they can overcome design flaws, challenges and cost implications, thanks to the know-how and technical expertise of the team.

Sitting at the cornerstone of the business is our in-house tool room facilities, featuring state-of-the-art equipment.  The importance of having high-quality, precision tooling is the reason why we have invested so much time and money into equipment and technically gifted people.  To consistently produce quality parts, you firstly need the right tooling. This is where our experienced team of toolmakers and engineers come into play.

We take full ownership of every tool we make. This means, when we put our name to a tool, we are proud of the quality and detail that has gone into manufacturing it. Throughout each stage of manufacture, we review with all teams involved to ensure that the highest standards are always met.

Whilst offering both prototype and production tooling in-house, we also provide a project management service for off-shore tooling. A stringent screening process coupled with our long-standing relationships with a select few suppliers, allows us to confidently supply this service to our customers. We provide full warranty and service to all offshore tooling just as we would with our own tooling.

With over 60 years of experience in specialised plastic injection moulding, we have the technical ability and knowledge to manufacture the most challenging components. Our in-house manufacturing capability has been developed in both the UK and Eastern Europe (Slovakia) to cater for the differing volume requirements of our client base.

Our moulding capabilities range from ten to 1100 tonnes presses, with maximum shot weight capacity of up to 4kgs. With over 45 machines across the group’s two sites, we have access to state-of-the-art equipment, using the latest software, which allows us to achieve stable processing, repeat mouldings and constituent cycle times.

We offer both low and high-volume production requirements, with expertise in an array of specialist fields such as:

  • Insert, leadframe and over- moulding

  • Processing high performance grades such as PPS, Ultem, PEEK and Torlon
