Primarily a measurement and inspection role, with a strong focus on CMM measurement using AS9102
Full time day shift position at a competitive rate for the right candidate. Salary to be agreed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct CMM measurement and creation of First Article Inspection Reports
- Capability Studies
- Calibration
- Goods In Inspection
- New Project Involvement
- Assist QM with Internal Audits, PFMEA, 8D.
We are looking for someone who can competently read, understand and create FAIR’s to aerospace and automotive drawings. This is primarily a measurement and inspection role.
Annual Leave
33 days (25 days + bank holidays)

Skills Required
Awareness & understanding of QMS Disciplines (For example: AS9100 / AS9102 / FAIR / PPAP)
Reading and understanding complex engineering drawings, instructions, and standards.
GD&T
CMM usage is essential. Aberlink software is used.
Plastics background is advantageous.
NADCAP knowledge is advantageous
Manufacturing background is preferred.
Qualifications Required
A relevant Engineering qualification (E.g. HND, HNC or higher in an engineering area).
