Darren has been involved in the injection mould industry for 27 years after a successful engineering apprenticeship at a global manufacturing company. Darren has worked for Synventive Molding Solutions for the past 13 years, initially starting in the service support area of the business, working through to the UK Sales Manager today.

Dave O’Loughlin, Senior Tooling Engineer, ENL Group
Dave has worked in the plastics manufacturing industry for over 30 years and has been with ENL Group for the last 17 years in the role of Senior Tooling (Design) Engineer. He is responsible for the design and introduction of new injection mould tooling across the ENL Group.
After completing his apprenticeship in tool making, Dave has worked in various plastic manufacturing sectors, gaining an extensive knowledge for both product and tooling design and manufacture for injection, compression & rotational moulding. The ten years Dave spent working as the Product Development Manager for a global supplier to the construction industry has given him a wealth of experience in the ‘new product introduction’ process. This experience is fully utilised at ENL, where Dave plays a major role in managing and supporting customers projects from enquiry to completion.

Garry Gray, Project Engineer, ENL Group
Garry joined ENL Group in 2010 and has over 45 years’ experience of design and manufacturing, having worked as a draughtsman, component designer, tool designer, production engineer, tooling engineer and project manager.
The industries Garry has worked in include, automotive, marine, medical, electronics, communications, toolmaking, plastics and investment casting.
Garry currently supports the ENL Group estimating teams, compiles technical reviews and investigations and manages UK and offshore tooling projects.
